ENTERPRISES HAVE THE FORM OF PAYING SALARIES FROM TIME TO TIME

Wages are paid by the enterprise at a certain period of time from the hour, day, week or month and this amount will be based on the actual working time of the employee accordingly. It can be understood as follows:

– Monthly salary will be paid and determined on the basis of labor contract;

– The employee will receive the amount on the basis of monthly salary equal to 12 months and divided by 52 weeks is the weekly salary;

– According to the provisions of law selected by the enterprise, the employee will receive the daily salary = Monthly salary / the number of normal working days in the month (maximum not exceeding 26 days)

– If the employee only works by the hour, he/she will receive the corresponding salary = Daily salary / normal working hours of the day as prescribed in Article 104 of the Labor Code.

Monthly salary = Actual number of working days X (Salary + Additives (if any) / standard working day of the month)

2. Form 2 is used to calculate the salary from time to time in the enterprise ( 26 or 24 days )

Monthly salary = Actual working day X (Salary + Additive (if any) /26)

WAGES ARE PAID ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS
