Social insurance


According to Clause 1, Article 3 of the 2014 Law on Social Insurance, the concept of social insurance is defined as follows:

Social insurance is a guarantee that replaces or partially offsets a portion of a worker's income when they lose or lose their income due to illness, maternity, occupational accidents, occupational diseases, the end of working age or death, on the basis of payment to the social insurance fund.
